These Terms and Conditions establish the terms under which users may contract the services offered on the website https://www.prinsotel.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "website"). Contracting the services offered through the website grants the user status and implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all or part of these Terms and Conditions, you should refrain from contracting any of our services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user declares:
- They have read, understand, and comprehend what is stated herein.
- They accept the obligations set forth herein.
- They are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to contract the services.

In addition, apart from Prinz Hoteles, S.A., you can also book and find hotel information on this website for the following Prinsotel Group hotels:

Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the content and services offered to users who visit or make reservations through the website. These Terms and Conditions will apply preferentially, to the exclusion of any others, to all commercial transactions related to the services offered on the website. The contract will be executed in Spanish. If the user selects a different language for the contract, in the event of discrepancies between the Spanish version of the Terms and Conditions and the user’s chosen version, the Spanish version will prevail.
"Prinsotel Advantages" Account
Users may register on the website, thereby gaining the status of a registered user in "Prinsotel Advantages." To join "Prinsotel Advantages," users must create an account by filling out the registration form provided on the website. The specific conditions applicable to registered users of "Prinsotel Advantages" include:
- A 10% discount on all bookings made.
- Access to exclusive discounts and benefits for members.
- Receipt of promotions and special offers. These specific conditions will remain in effect as long as the contractual relationship continues and until the registered user chooses to unsubscribe. In this regard, registered users may unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to dataprotection@prinsotel.com. In any case, being registered as a member of "Prinsotel Advantages" is not required to use our website and the services offered through it.
Communications Between the Parties
The user accepts as valid the notifications and communications made by the website owner via the electronic means or phone numbers provided when opening a user account or making a reservation for any of the services. Such electronic communications will be fully effective unless otherwise prescribed by imperative legal requirements.
Our Responsibility
The website markets services valid in accordance with European legislation, declining any responsibility arising from applicable legislation outside Europe. The website owner assumes no responsibility for (i) losses arising from circumstances not attributable to its direct non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, (ii) failure to meet subjective expectations of the user, and (iii) indirect or consequential losses.
User Obligations
When making a reservation for any of our services, the user will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. In any case, when making a reservation, the user guarantees that they are of the minimum age and have sufficient legal capacity to contract. The user, during the registration and/or reservation process, undertakes to provide complete and accurate information about their personal data required to process the reservation of the contracted services. The user is also responsible for taking all reasonable measures to ensure the security of their passwords, banking information, and other data, preventing access by third parties. Finally, the user undertakes not to make any false or fraudulent reservations. In this regard, the owner reserves the right to reject a reservation if there are reasonable doubts of non-compliance with this point.
Passports and Visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry valid personal and family documentation, whether a passport or D.N.I., as required by current legislation. Travelers are responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., as required for the trip. Minors under 18 must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case such a document is requested by any authority. If any authority denies visas for reasons specific to the user, denies entry into the country due to failure to meet requirements, or rejects access due to missing or incorrect documentation, the hotel declines all responsibility, and any expenses incurred will be borne by the consumer. In such cases, the conditions and rules for a no-show will apply.
Service Reservations
Users may make reservations for any services either as guests or registered users. Data collected in both processes will be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy. Completing the service reservation process implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as agreement with the contracted services, their characteristics, and prices. Our Rates
The indicated prices are Public Sale Prices including VAT. The price includes: Price per night based on the selected room type and board, unless other services are specifically included at particular hotels. The price does not include: Any unspecified services, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.
Non-Refundable Rate + One Modification
The total reservation amount must be paid at the time of confirmation via the payment gateway with a credit/debit card. This rate allows only one modification. You can modify the reservation up to 7 days before your original arrival date, at the same or a higher price, with an additional charge only if the new dates are priced differently. In case of cancellation, no refund will be made.
Flexible Rate
Does not require prepayment or deposits. It is the most flexible rate for modifications and cancellations. During booking, the customer must enter their card number solely to guarantee their stay. The full reservation payment will be made upon check-in; no automatic charge will be applied, and payment will be processed at check-in. The card used for booking will be used to charge any cancellation penalties or no-show fees as specified below. Modifications and cancellations can be made without fees up to 1 day before the hotel check-in. For modifications, new rates available at the time of the change, whether higher or lower, will apply. For cancellations, if not requested within the day before check-in, the full reservation amount will be charged. Additionally, the full amount will be charged if the reservation is modified and later canceled. If the customer does not show up at the hotel (No-Show), the full reservation amount will be charged to the provided card as a penalty.
Modifications and/or Cancellations of Web Reservations
To manage modifications, contact the Call Center at (+34) 971 706 076. For cancellations, you can also manage them through the Call Center or the "My Reservation" customer area on the website by following these steps:
- Go to My Reservation
- Enter the reservation confirmation code and email
- Select the Cancel option
Specific Reservation Conditions with Children
Children under 2 stay free of charge when sharing a room with adults, as long as the maximum room occupancy allows. Free cribs, subject to availability. Both children and infants must be included in the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of credit cards before the arrival date. The hotel reserves the right to request both the credit card used to make the reservation and the ID of the cardholder at check-in. If different, the previous charge may be reversed, and a new payment may be required.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in from 2:00 p.m. Check-out until 12:00 p.m. The owner reserves the right not to accept the reservation or entry into the hotel if the number of occupants does not match those reserved.
Tourist Tax in the Balearic Islands (Eco-tax)
Published prices do not include the applicable tourist tax on stays from 1/1/2018: For 5-star and 4-star superior hotels, it is 4.40 euros per day per person; and 3.30 euros for 4-star hotels. This tax will be paid by the customer upon arrival at the hotel. Exemptions apply to those under 16 years of age. There is a 75% discount for stays from November 1 to April 30 and a 50% discount for stays in the same tourist establishment from the 9th day.
