Tourist Train Ride
An economical way to explore Cala d'Or, to see the coves and the marina. It's also a good way to reach the shops.
The complete tour takes an hour and is a great way to get to know the area so you can revisit what you find most interesting.
The cost is €4.50 per adult and €3 per child, and you can hop on and off as many times as you like during the day.
The train stops just a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel, so it's very convenient.
You can find more information about the route here.
Marina Walk
A stroll through the marina is always a good plan to enjoy the sea breeze, tranquility, and good weather. You can admire the boats and dine at one of the nearby restaurants and bars, enjoying a paella or a cocktail at sunset.
The walk from the hotel takes about 25 minutes. If you decide to drive, it's about 7 minutes. You can also take the tourist train as it is part of the route.
Cala Gran Beach
It is the nearest beach to the hotel, just 100 meters away.
It is a completely accessible beach for both children and people with reduced mobility as it has a wooden walkway to the sea.
It has all the amenities: showers, sunbeds and umbrellas, shops where you can buy some beach toys, and also bars where you can refresh and even have a meal with fantastic views.
You can also snorkel and swim among the fish.
Horse Ride, Rancho Jaume
A horse ride is a good plan for both couples and families. The route takes between 2 and 3 hours, and you can enjoy nature and the privileged surroundings.
The horses are perfectly trained, so no knowledge of horseback riding is necessary. Undoubtedly, a great plan to spend part of the day.
You can find more information about the activities they offer and the schedules on their website www.ranchojaume.com.
Visit Cala Sa Nau
Located just a 10-minute drive from the hotel, Cala Sa Nau is a small beach with white and fine sand located at the end of a sea meander.
The seabed has great diversity, so snorkeling is highly recommended.
The road access is very good and has an area for parking the car. The descent to the beach is done by stone stairs, so we advise not to go down overly loaded.
The beach has services and showers, as well as a wooden walkway to the sea.
Once on the beach, we can enjoy the beach bar where we can taste fresh fish, meats, paellas, salads, etc.
