Discover the Binifadet winery
In 1979, Carlos Anglés planted the first vines in his house and began to make wine for his family and friends. This was the beginning of what years later would become Binifadet, a life project that materialized with the purchase of the land of the same name in 2001. The varieties already successfully tested were planted on this land and in 2004 the warehouse to the public.
A tour of the different stages of winemaking is offered, from harvesting to bottling and labeling, with a focus on process variations for different types of wine, such as whites, rosés, reds, sweets, and sparkling wines. The experience culminates in a tasting of three wines, where the aim is to appreciate the nuances of each wine through the senses: sight, smell and taste. During the tasting, a detailed explanation of each wine is provided and cheese and wine jam is served as an accompaniment.
